ARIAN TRANSPORT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Booking and Reservation:
- Reservations must be made at least 4 hours in advance.
- The full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
2. Pricing and Payment:
- Pricing is determine per trip taking into consideration the distance, whether the car will be driving around at the destination or idle, whether the trip is just a drop-off, the number of days the charter is required, etc.
- Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, tolls, parking fees, or waiting time exceeding 15 minutes.
- Payment must be made into the Arian Transport’s Bank Account provided. The Driver is not allowed to take any cash.
3. Vehicle and Service:
- Our minibuses are 14 seaters can accommodate up to 12 passengers with no luggage.
- A trailer is available free of charge for customers with big luggage. The baggage trailer must be requested when making the booking.
- The service durations includes two options of Half-day (4-6 hours) and a Full-day(8-10hrs). Variations of these services may be made available at our discretion.
- The service is limited to within 600km radius from the pickup location. Further distances will be allowed at our discretion.
4. Responsibilities and Liability:
- Arian Transport is responsible for providing a well-maintained and clean minibus with a professional driver.
- Passengers are expected to follow the instructions of the driver and comply with all local traffic and safety regulations.
- The Driver is not allowed to deviate from the agreed itinerary for any reason. Changes to the itinerary must be communicated and agreed with Arian Transport’s Reservations Manager.
- Arian Transport is not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The Wi-Fi services must be used responsible. Availability and perfomance is dependent on the Service Provider.
5. Amendments and Cancellations:
- Changes to reservation details must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Passenger Conduct:
- Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the minibus.
- Passengers are responsible for their own belongings and should ensure that no valuable items are left unattended.
7. Insurance:
- The minibus charter service provider carries comprehensive insurance coverage for the vehicle and passengers.
- Passengers are advised to have their own travel insurance to cover personal belongings and medical emergencies.
8. Force Majeure:
- Arian Transport shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.
9. Dispute Resolution:
- Any disputes or complaints should be addressed to Arian Transport in writing within 14 days of the service date. The parties will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through negotiation or mediation.
