Arian Transport Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of private transportation services ("Services") by Arian Transport ("Company") to its customers ("Customer").

Booking and Payment:
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
- Payment can be made via cash, credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours/days prior to the scheduled service time.
- Cancellations made after this period may result in the forfeiture of the payment.
- Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated period will be subject to a cancellation fee.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Use of the Minibus:
- The provided vehicle for the transportation service will be used exclusively for the purposes agreed upon at the time of booking.
- The Customer is responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the provision of the transportation service.

The consumption of alcohol, smoking, or illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the provided vehicle for the transportation service.

Liability and Insurance:
- The Company carries appropriate insurance coverage for its vehicles and passengers.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or disruptions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.
- The Customer is liable for any damage caused to the minibus by themselves or their guests during the transportation service.

Driver's Authority:
- The Company's designated driver has the authority to refuse service or eject any passenger(s) who pose a threat to the safety or comfort of others.
- The driver will follow the agreed-upon itinerary, with any changes subject to approval by the Company.
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Indemnity:

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the Customer's use of the Services.

Dispute Resolution:

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes or complaints should be addressed to the Company in writing within 14 days of the service date. The parties will attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through negotiation or mediation.
By booking our private transportation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
